Big Mountain County is a four piece band from Rome, Italy. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, after the first ten gigs, they were forced to quit their tour in Europe and the United States. Despite all of that, the boys of Big Mountain County kept pushing on. Alessandro Montemagno (Vox and guitar), Francesco Conte (Guitar and synth), Wolfman Bob (Bass and maracas), and Bruno Mirabella (Drums) are back with their first single of 2021 “What?”
The guys of Big Mountain County wrote “What?” about personal relationships, centered around someone very close who can turn into an unbearable person, leading us to a definitive reaction. It doesn’t matter if you are in high school, college or in your 40s, there has been one person in your life that makes it incredibly hard to be around, they will change but unfortunately not for the better. With the distorted guitar, sensational bass line and melodious drums and synth “What?” is the perfect soundtrack for angry crying. The song is a vehicle for emotional release, so yell “What?”
“What?’ produces old school movie vibes such as Ferris Buellers Day Off. Just like in the movies, you’ll want to scream and break all the glass in the room while maybe doing it in slow motion. “What?” is available for streaming on Spotify and Bandcamp, grab your drink, take a shot and prepare for your emotions to run wild.
