“Mixed Signals” by Brendan Baker

Brendan Baker is here with “Mixed Signals” and it’s a pure digital adventure. The master behind this production is Brendan himself, proving he has many talents he wrote, “performed, mixed, and mastered” this track and we just know he’s on his way up.

Brendan says that this song “focuses on the dichotomy of being shy, growing up in the bombastic city of L.A. The lyrics are an honest, fun-loving look into how Brendan feels approaching a girl he likes at a bar.

This track is exciting, flirtatious, honest, and we couldn’t relate more. We could tell that B.Baker had a lot of fun with this track as it comes with ease as he sings.

While listening we were also surprised to hear that Baker raps and brings a few bars (around to 2:10) into the mix and this makes the single stand out even more.

This track is perfect for those that are looking for a new artist that can bring something to the table that others often struggle with, originality, great structure and even tone.

We are excited to hear what Brendan releases next, as we know it will be a thrilling ride.

Our personal favorite line: “What you like/ what you like/ what you like baby/ I was stalling for more time/ cuz your looks, they got me hooked, I’m your catch tonight.”
