Collectively, we may refer to the User and Company as “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
By completing a purchase (e.g., clicking “Buy Now,” submitting payment, or subscribing) or using the Website, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.
Our services include, but are not limited to, digital marketing, PR services, promotional services, consultations, coaching, courses, and other similar offerings. Rising Artists is committed to delivering the scope of services promised, including any stated performance targets, such as minimum target streams or similar deliverables, as outlined in the service description at the time of purchase.
After purchasing, you will receive the services as outlined on the Website or selected at checkout. Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of service. For presale or pre-order services, delivery dates will be specified on the Website. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur, and any refund will be at our sole discretion.
Some services involve collaboration with partners. While Rising Artists carefully selects these partners to ensure quality, Purchaser understands that certain services rely on these external collaborators. Should a partner fail to fulfill their obligations, Rising Artists will work diligently to provide a comparable solution, such as an equivalent press placement or alternative service of equal or greater value. However, Rising Artists is not liable for the actions, omissions, or failures of partners. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the Purchaser whenever possible.
Rising Artists provides podcast pitching services designed to help artists gain media exposure.
These services include:
Researching and identifying relevant press and podcast opportunities.
Crafting personalized pitches and outreach to media professionals and podcast hosts.
Coordinating with hosts, journalists, and media representatives on behalf of the Client.
Providing expert guidance on how to prepare for interviews and media opportunities.
Conducting follow-ups and continued outreach to maximize placement opportunities.
While we strive to secure placements on targeted platforms, Rising Artists does not guarantee specific placements, interview acceptances, or audience reach.
Final booking decisions and feature approvals are at the sole discretion of media outlets and podcast hosts. Rising Artists will maintain consistent outreach efforts within the agreed scope but cannot promise any specific number of placements.
Once a podcast host invites the Client for an interview, the Client is responsible for scheduling and attending their own interview directly with the podcast host. Rising Artists is not liable for missed interviews, reschedules, or cancellations by the Client or the podcast host.
Due to the nature of PR and podcast pitching, once the pitching process begins, refunds are not available. Rising Artists will maintain consistent and continual outreach efforts within the agreed scope of work.
By providing payment details, you confirm authorization for Rising Artists to charge your chosen payment method for any associated fees. For subscriptions or trial periods, fees will recur as outlined at purchase unless canceled before the trial ends. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Refunds for services not fully rendered will be calculated based on the percentage of completion, at the Company’s discretion.
For subscription-based services, you authorize recurring charges until canceled in writing. Payments must be completed for the full subscription term. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription, with outstanding fees due immediately.
Rising Artists reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including but not limited to pricing, service offerings, and policies, at any time and at our sole discretion. Such changes will apply only to future purchases or new subscriptions.
For existing subscribers, the subscription amount agreed upon at the time of your initial purchase will remain in effect for the duration of your subscription, provided your subscription remains active and in good standing. Any changes to subscription pricing will only apply to new subscribers or those renewing after cancellation. Rising Artists is committed to honoring the terms and pricing agreed upon at the start of your subscription, ensuring transparency and fairness to our valued customers.
Attempting a transaction dispute or chargeback without valid cause will result in your obligation to pay the full cost of the purchase, along with any fees incurred by the Company. Rising Artists reserves the right to submit these terms to financial institutions for resolution.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. These offers are not retroactive and cannot be applied to past purchases.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and improving your experience. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
We strive to present accurate information on the Website and update it regularly to correct any errors. However, service descriptions, pricing, and availability may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions. Rising Artists reserves the right to correct these errors and make updates to the Website at any time without prior notice.
Rising Artists may terminate or restrict your access to services at its sole discretion. You remain responsible for any purchases or fees incurred before termination.
Rising Artists is not liable for damages, including but not limited to negligence or unforeseen events. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rising Artists. No changes or additional agreements will be valid unless provided in writing by the Company.
We get your music placed onto high-ranking, organic Spotify playlists through influential playlist curators. We keep the track on the playlist(s) until target streams are met. All efforts + curators are organic, ethical and bot-free.
