“Move On” by The Connecting Dots

The Connecting Dots are a dream pop duo based in Stockholm, Sweden, and they consist of singer Helena Sundstrom and guitarist Johan Borg. Although they have known each other for a long time, it wasn’t until 2020 that the idea of creating something together came to mind. “Move On” is just a sneak peak of what their new album is to be.


“Move On” takes you on a journey through the clouds, the psychedelic, groovy beat is a trip in itself. Johan’s guitar introduction plus Helena’s vocals will immediately entice you, having the drums is the back elevates the sound even more. You may not be entirely sure what it is you need to move on from but once you’re done listening to “Move On” you know there are changes in your life that need to be made.

The chorus is going to be stuck in your head for hours after it ends, the mixture of the synths, guitar and vocals is what keeps you so intrigued on their music. The energetic song makes you want to dance, sing, scream, it invokes so many emotions.

The Connecting Dots it making music that is relatable and easy to love, their weird vibe is what pulls you in and keeps you hooked. Once you hear “Move On” you’re going to want more from the duo, their top hit “Racing With The Moon” gives you a different and still amazing side of them.
