Joh has been working around the clock since relocating from small-town Maine to the bright lights of Los Angeles. She’s done a lot throughout her creative career thus far but is now focusing on her May 2022 release, ‘Hiatus,’ which features the lead single, “Rainy Daze.”

Taking a page out of anything ever penned about romance, “Rainy Daze” is Joh’s personal homage to the depths of devotion – with a twist. Her airy vocals also give way to a narrative that balanced undeniable passion with a love that’s also a little taboo. The yin and yang of this pairing that perhaps should not be played over this indie meets Americana-folk sound. Which, a Jill of all trades, Joh has a history of crafting in this style in her back pocket thanks to her time playing alongside her brother in Lexington Kills. She infuses some of that into “Rainy Daze” while still allowing the more indie-pop aspects to rise to the surface and take the reins.

After landing out west, Joh attended the California Institute of the Arts. After mastering the art of songwriting she put her skills to good use in the aforementioned Lexington Kills. From there, music was released, and she even took things into her own hands as a solo artist dropping a number of releases including “You Can’t Get a Man with a Gun” and “Groove.” Now she’s readying for the release of ‘Hiatus’ on May 20, 2022. With “Rainy Daze” giving listeners a sneak peek at what’s to come.
