“Tame Me?” by Austin Carr

Austin Carr is here with a new single to keep you hooked the whole way through, “Tame Me?” is courageous and tough, and it’s just what we needed to hear.

While we enjoy this new single from Austin we believe this single has several layers and has a lot to do with showing strength and not settling for less.

“Tame Me?” is exciting, perfectly paced, and well balanced, especially for those that are searching for a fresh new sound.

On this new single, A. C shows us that he can change things up and keep things fresh. (Make sure you check out his past singles such as, “I don’t wanna be your friend” and “the shirt song”).

Carr had this to say about his new single, “In my music, I often blend [retro synth-pop music and country and folk classic] genres to try to make my listeners feel like they’re at an atmospheric desert dance party.”

He continues on by saying “Tame Me? Is an upbeat, nostalgic pop song, drawing influence from artists like Phil Collins, while incorporating folk instrumentation like the pedal steel guitar. The song is a tongue-in-cheek story about a cat-and-mouse romantic relationship, absolutely packed with lyrical double entendres.”

Our personal favorite line:

P.S. This song contains many great lines. “I get my fix when we’re causing some damage and I’m not your broken little bird/ I want your touch but I don’t need a bandage.”
