“Forever” by Connor Desai

The wonderfully voiced Connor Desai is back with a new single titled, “Forever”, and we can’t stop listening.

Connor has a way of making us feel her emotions through her voice, and through  her lyrics. While listening to “Forever”, we are graced with her warm vocals that pull us in, and bring us closer.

Connor had this to say about her new single, “Foreveris the improbable, hypnotic affair between chill trap and folk. My velvet vocals, jazz- tinged guitar and honest lyrics are infused with co-producer Brad Dale’s (Drama, Solange, Andre 3000) downtempo/ trip hop chops.”

We love the soft beats on “Forever” and how C. Desai’s voice floats effortlessly along each word.

Her team continues on by saying, “Following her viral cover of “Friend of the Devil” featured on Netflix with nearly half a million plays, “Connor now has an original song in an official SXSW selected upcoming feature film [titled] “Deadland”, [being released sometime this month.]”

We can’t wait to hear what Connor will release next, and while we all wait, be sure to check out her other singles such as “Friend of the Devil”, “Some Time Ago” and “Will You Love”.

Make sure you follow Connor Desai on all of her socials, (listed below).

Our personal favorite line: “You’re everything I’m not/ take everything I’ve got.” And, “You don’t know what I know/ I guess you never will/ ‘cause that would take some time/ ‘cause you just can’t sit still/ how can I forgive you/ when you’re not sorry.”
