If you haven’t questioned what the heck is going on in this world and what is the reason behind your existence at least a dozen times since March 2020, are you even human? A wild ride does not even begin to explain our collective mindset, but as the world continues to be a strange place to inhabit, artists like Foxanne are trying to not only make sense of it all but offer a bit of audible inspiration with songs like “I Could Go On.”
Musically “I Could Go On” gives off this airy, Anna Nalick vibe but vocally – Foxanne starts a little soft, but it doesn’t take long for her to soar to the same heights similar to when Demi Lovato gets lost in the heart and soul of what they are delivering. This is one of those songs that in a movie, would either be sung by the main protagonist at the pivotal moment, or at least the song that’s played in the background as they realize what changes need to be made to make that drastic turn in their life.
It is that anthemic quality that pushes this song above and beyond. Which, speaking of, it makes all the sense in the world as to how “I Could Go On” will be taken into space by Dr. Sian Proctor in September 2021 as part of the Inspiration4 mission. Dr. Proctor is a close friend of Foxanne because when she isn’t delivering powerful musical moments, she’s spending her day working in the space field.
So for an out-of-this-world song that hits all the marks, check out “I Could Go On” from Foxanne, available now on all major music and streaming platforms.
