Driven by a familiar but utterly unique psych rock sound, Jaw Talk’s new single is tight, mature and absolutely addictive.

Despite a surreal comeback in 60’s psych pop, very few have nailed the sheer originality and ethereal energy like Jaw Talks “Fool”. Tight drumming and clever bass work drives the track and lay the perfect foundation for Oliver Roman’s smooth vocals and slick lead guitar work. His emotive performance perfectly glides over Lucas Bidran’s drums and Evan Maskovsky’s bass. On rhythm guitar and backing vocals is Mason Summit, who contributes a slick bounce to the already chugging framework.

“Fool” dives into the crazier side of falling in love. Exploring themes of intense dependency and the overwhelming power of strong feelings, the track has an underlying emotion that really sticks with you. Recorded 5 or 6 different times and ways, the band have finally found the sound they wanted and it’s gorgeous indie rock at its finest.

Jaw Talk has had their music featured in shows like Shameless, The Good Doctor and Brooklyn 99 and have a stunning discography under their belt. Based in LA, the band’s style is refreshingly authentic and pure, pairing lush chord progressions with soul and emotion. With a full EP on its way there’s never been a better time to check out one of LA’s finest Jaw Talk. Stream the amazing “Fool” now!
