“You And Me” by Christine Tarquinio

Christine Tarquinio is here with her latest release, “You And Me”, and from the moment we press play, we are showered with emotions from C.T that express care, love, and compassion and we can’t get enough.

You And Me” is Christine’s newest hit and we instantly feel free just from listening. This kind of effort takes a lot of talent, and pure heartedness, (which is rare in the music industry) and this makes C. Tarquinio’s voice is even more addictive to listen to.

This Melbourne Australian native carries the vocals of a talented musician that knows her true passion, and it shows within her music. Christine had this to say about her new track, “You And Me” is a moving musical letter that was written in response to the challenges of COVID-19 lockdowns. It expresses a desire for normalcy and hope for a better future.”

With a beautiful and uplifting song like this, it’s hard not to peak curiosity behind it’s meaning and inspirations, and COVID changed so many lives, it’s nice to hear the optimistic side of things.

She also had this to say about the single, “The song was easy to write as I had a lot of time on my hands being in lockdown. I wrote the song with my guitar and as always, I came up with the chords and melody first and the lyrics once I decided on the theme of [the hook], [and] the song almost wrote itself.”

Make sure you follow Christine Tarquinio on her musical journey to find out what she’s up to next, and stick around for more on her latest releases. We’ve also heard that her EP will be out in July, titled ‘Silhouette’.

Our personal favorite line: “One day you’ll see/ we’ll be free/ you and me.”
