From the very first note, we love Daniel Young’s “Help Us Get Along”, and all of the good vibes it comes with. Daniel Young serves us up with something fresh and new and it contains a happy beat that we can’t get out of our heads.
Here are a few words from Daniel Young’s team about “Help Us Get Along”, [this] is the first single from Young’s new upcoming album, “Leave It Out To Dry.” This new single has a Stones-inspired twin-guitar-lead, heavy-mic-bleed, and horn-driven plea that charges toward solace.”
Similar to country-western music from the 1970’s, D.Y takes us back into time with his storytelling lyrics and engaging instrumentals. Young’s team say’s this while speaking more about the song, “In other words, there’s an urgency and a ragged edge to marry the cuts here that feels like a breakthrough.”
Daniel has the ability to create a tone that is smooth, yet rough around the edges, but this is something that we need more of, more smooth talk, more raspy vocals.
