Vakaren is a Swedish Black Metal project that started in late 2016, with three albums already under their belt, they have a fourth one coming up. “The Personification Of Time & Dust” is the first single to be released from the upcoming album from Vakaren. Vakaren wants you to experience the existential and sonic mayhem of one of Black Metal’s most promising prospects.
According to Vakaren, “The Personification of Time & Dust” evokes a dark and terrifying atmosphere with their lyrics that ponder a pessimistic approach to existence and reincarnation. The hard hitting song makes you immediately want to get into the mosh pit and maybe break a few noses. Groups like Vakaren is what keeps Black Metal alive.
You are going to be nothing but pumped up after you hear this single, you won’t be able to stop yourself from going through all their music and listening to it. They have a way of keeping the upbeat heaviness alive, it’s easy to get out any aggression that you need to.
