While there are some repeated moments, the pure amount and diversity of the motifs in this track will keep you engaged. Once you get to the last third of the song, that’s when things get interesting. The beat itself changes a lot, adding in these tiny yet incredibly gratifying flourishes. The drums come in and out. An organ performs a tight blues riff. It even sounds like there are some reversed instruments, which suddenly gives it a slightly psychedelic tint. You’ll find yourself thinking this isn’t just your ordinary trap song–it’s an amalgamation of influences and meticulous sound design.
