Argentina based, Zabeca’s newest single “Quarantine” contains numerous genres ranging from bossa to indie-pop with an interesting halftime-bridge that you have to check out. . With inspirations like Stevie Wonder, Elton John and Frank Ocean, Zabeca blends his ethnic rhythms with his creative English lyrics.
This easy-to-listen single blesses your ears with catchy guitar licks, awesome instrumentation and his unique vocals will surely be a song you want to add to your beach vacation playlist. This single “Quarantime” comes from his first and only EP “What Did I Miss?” that was released this past month. Based on this past years crisis and pandemic “What Did I Miss?” and “Quarantime” explore polarizing feelings that we all have felt and still feel the effects of til this day. What is so unique about this EP and what helps it stand out, is the exploitation of quirky instrumentations.
