George Bolton’s Tracendental has really presented a record of passion with his newest release, “Triumph”. This record is one to groove to and get the audience to close their eyes while letting the music connect with them on a deeper realm. The vocals in each of the songs on this record are diverse and intentional. This is especially apparent in the titled track, “Triumph”.
The record really takes on new depths during “Aaooeeyy”. The instrumentals and beat work are transcendent in way that really takes the listener to a different dimension. “Summertime” is the perfect break from heavy electronica and brings a new form of life to the record. The soft beat work and passionate vocals work together to achieve this peace.
Each song is so unique of one another and really create such a dynamic way of listening to music. I loved the ebb and flow of heavy electronica and when the softer songs were introduced. The emotions behind each song have such a different resonance but in a wonderful way.
“Water Sprite” is another one of those favorites. This is simply a song to dance to at the club and let your hair loose. It’s the perfect closer to this record and merges into “XRD1” and “Night Skyline” well. Again, I really loved the diversity in this album and think it’s what makes it so unique.
