“TELEPHONE” by JV/ZUU

The rap duo JV/ZUU, known for their flawless fusion of different cultures, has an electrifying new single “Telephone”. Consisting of British producer and songwriter ZUU & New York rapper JV, the unique group blends elements of hip-hop, electronic pop, and bedroom pop to create this extremely addicting track.

“Telephone” is a bass-heavy, club-scene-Esque vibe, yet at the same time, a smooth, easy listening track. “Telephone” perfectly encapsulates the one-of-a-kind sound that is JV/ZUU. The track begins with a repeating beat, consisting of synths and ZUU’s voice singing the lyrics “Get your friend on the other line, tell them you don’t give a shit; Get your boss on the telephone, tell him you quit.”. The bass then goes hard, and JV’s empeccable flow comes in. “Telephone” is the perfect genre-bending track, as there is something for everyone. Love hip-hop? Love UK rap? Love pop? Love electronic music? If you answered yes to any of these, you’ll absolutely love “Telephone”.

In honor of the duo’s upcoming E.P. which features “Telephone”, they are releasing an NFT (digital artwork) for each of their 4 tracks. This makes them the first artist ever to give away royalty shares to their music along with their NFT’s, which helps their fans make money off of JV/ZUU’s music.

Not only are they extremely talented but JV/ZUU are very humble as well. If anyone deserves success, it’s these two. Not only do they make killer music, but they want to help those around them. There’s nothing more that you can ask for from an artist!
